Anthony used to do most of the cooking in our home, but since he became ill, I have taken over. It wasn't easy because I had never been taught to cook. But I sure am having fun learning.

Anthony loves to watch the Food Channel on cable. They have a web site at The Food Network's CyberKitchen.
If I let him, the Food Channel is what Anthony would keep the television set to all the time.

Anthony used to do quite a bit of his cooking in the microwave. Most people shy away from using the microwave for anything but reheating things, but you would be surprised what can be done with that microwave!
